You will receive a 2 hr delivery window text message at 7am on your delivery date.
Provide us with a cell phone number on ordering page so driver can text you approximate time of arrival.
If you are concerned you may not be home on your delivery date, please provide one of the following in the ‘order notes’ section of the checkout page:
Code for garage fridge
Leave a cooler outside that easily accessible and visible
If not delivering to a residence (i.e. place of business) please specify in notes
If gated entry you MUST provide a gate code in notes, or when driver sends you a text for approximate arrival time.*
If you have an apartment number, the customer is responsible for meeting the driver in the lobby of the building of the given address, or special instructions to leave with the front desk, concierge, or doorman.*
Any other special instructions that can be easily executed by our drivers.
Thursday at 11:59 p.m. is the absolute deadline for Saturday and Sunday deliveries. Monday at 11:59 p.m. is the deadline for Wednesday and Thursday deliveries. No exceptions can be made.
*If this is not provided, then food will be left on your doorstep or front of the building. Once orders are dropped off, the consumer assumes responsibility for the quality, freshness, and contents of the meals. No refunds will be issued, no exceptions.

Orders close weekly on Thursday at 11:59PM for Sunday pickup and Monday at 11:59PM for Thursday pickup.
Be sure to click the link provided with your desired pickup location and check hours of operation. MightyMeals will not be responsible for unexpected closures, holiday hours, etc.
Orders are delivered overnight so they will be in our branded fridge ready for you to grab as soon as your location is open.
For Sunday Pickup: orders must be picked up by Tuesday COB or meals will be discarded.
For Thursday pickup: orders must be picked up by Friday COB or meals will be discarded.
Orders not picked up on Sunday will be available for pick up in our branded MightyMeals fridges any day of the week your location is open.
For CrossFit locations or class based locations please refer to locations “Class Schedule” NOT hours you see on Google. This will assure you they are open at the time you want to pickup your meals.

Chef Pablo Ramos was born in Queretaro, Mexico. He started in the food management and restaurant industry as a cook and has worked his way up to kitchen manager. He worked at a catering company prior to joining the MightyMeals team. Pablo loves cooking and enjoys learning about different cultures through cooking. He is proud of the quality of food MightyMeals delivers and it makes him happy to know so many people enjoy the food provided by MightyMeals. Pablo is passionate about creating recipes that are healthy, delicious and appealing to the eyes!
Pablo’s Favorite MightyMeals Dish: My favorite MightyMeals dish is Caribbean Jerk Salmon and Chimichurri Steak.
Born into a family of chefs, Stefano Renato Marzano of Fairfax, Virginia, knew that food and beverage was in his blood. He started working at his parents’ restaurant at the age of 13 and by 15 had made his way into the kitchen as a cook at his family’s fine dining Italian restaurant, Osteria Marzano. Stefano turned his passion for food into a career when he was just 20 years old, after meeting his MightyMeals co-founders. Together, they shared a vision of creating a meal preparation company that bridged the gap between quality and convenience.
Stefano is proud that MightyMeals creates consistent, delicious healthy meals in-house from scratch. His passion is providing a top quality product that is affordable and helps people better themselves and their health.
Stefano’s Favorite MightyMeals Dish: They are all amazing, but specifically the lasagna, basil pesto chicken and chicken poke bowls.
Alex Lebonitte, a Fairfax, Virginia native, has always been interested in health and fitness. After graduating from George Mason University with a B.S. in Exercise Science, Alex became a NSCA Certified Personal Trainers®. While working as a personal trainer, Alex met his MightyMeals co-founders. It was then that Alex applied his passion of helping people improve their lives through fitness by starting MightyMeals from the ground up.
Alex is proud that MightyMeals is a local company who values their customers and the community they serve. Every MightyMeals dish is made in-house from start to finish, ensuring the quality never waivers. His passion for helping people and staying in shape drives his commitment to creating a recognizable household brand that people value.
Alex’s Favorite MightyMeals Dish: The tomato pesto penne with turkey meatballs, the lemon pepper chicken with brussels sprouts and the basil pesto chicken.
Dan Graziano made the leap from a fitness professional to business owner after years of personal training/coaching. While working in the fitness industry, Dan met his MightyMeals co-founders at his local gym.
While working as a personal trainer, Dan began cooking basic, healthy meals for his fitness clients to keep them on track with their health and fitness goals. His clients purchased meals on a weekly basis and soon afterward Dan enlisted the help of his MightyMeals co-founders, Alex and Stefano.
Working towards the goal to make MightyMeals the best meal prep company in the country, Dan works hard to live a healthy, active lifestyle. He is proud that MightyMeals employs more than 20 people, helping the local economy while providing a fun, rewarding work environment.
